Overview
Main Objectives: To Support the Manager in all aspects of running the home. To work as part of a team and maintain a high standard of care To help create an atmosphere were clients are supported to maint their independencwe. Principal Duties. To assist with rota`s. Arrange cover as and when needed To be available to cover shifts when required To take on the on call duties in the managers absence Support new staff with the Care Certificate and all staff in training needs Have a good understanding in regulations including CQC regulations and KLOES. Assist the manager in Appraisals and Supervisions Liase with external professionals To assist with all aspects of client personal care needs and nutrition Carry out audits, care plans and risk assessments.
