Overview

Customer Service Advisor Hours Full Time 37.5 hrs per week £20,000 Based near Tockwith Working within our client’s Customer Service department you will report daily to the Customer Service Team Leader. You will have responsibility for customer returns and customer complaints/Spare parts resolution as well as supporting any excess general calls. This is a varied role and we are looking for a candidate who has a good personality and a strong customer focus. You will interact with the other people in the business to ensure customer complaints are dealt with efficiently as well ensuring replacement parts are despatched same day. Role and Responsibilities Customer Service Product Returns Senior complaints Ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience at all times and first time solution Be a source of support for all customers and strive to deliver solutions to customer issues Answer calls and email promptly and in a professional and courteous manner always Following training be proficient in the following areas Inbound and outbound telephone calls Inbound and outbound response emails Administration and organisation of onward customer requirements Efficient in handing queries to other departments for processing If you are interested working for a great company within a friendly office please apply by sending your CV today.
