Overview
Our client is a multi-office Legal 500 firm of Northampton/Midlands firm of solicitors. They now wish to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to assist their 6 Residential Conveyancing teams with title checking. This can be a Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer or someone who has proven experience of title checking at all levels including freehold, leasehold, new-build, shared ownership and shared equity. Proven title checking experience is required in what can sometimes be pressurised situations. This is full time permanent role. This will be non-fee earning role unless emergency cover is required. Although office location may be flexible, the successful candidate should be willing to visit other branches when there is a need.
