Technical residential conveyancing opportunity with a strong regional firm to be based in Northampton. Our client are a regional law firm, who have a number of office locations, are seeking a senior residential conveyancing executive to join their reputable residential conveyancing team. You will be dealing with the technical aspects of a residential transaction, working on matters to include freehold, leasehold, newbuild, shared ownership and shared equity. This large conveyancing team spans a number of offices and locations, so you will be assisting on the technical aspect of checking title, searches and other technical conveyancing issues. The successful residential conveyancing executive will be confident with the conveyancing process and be technically sound. You will have a number of years' experience in residential conveyancing and be comfortable with the technical aspect. My client will be offering a competitive local salary (DOE) and the chance to focus on complex and technical areas of residential conveyancing work.
