Overview
Great opportunity for a residential conveyancer to join a niche property practice to include office based and home based working. I am working with a large, niche property practice who are extremely busy in their residential conveyancing team. They are looking for experienced residential conveyancing executives who are able to manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload. Client care is at the heart of my client's work and as a result they are growing. Their offices are based across the East midlands, including Leicester and Northampton, however, home working can be accommodated. You will be managing your own varied caseload of sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold, to include new build, unregistered land and shared ownership properties. As you will be managing your own caseload, you will be responsible for exchange & completion, dealing with complex legal enquiries, building strong relationships and working towards deadlines. The successful residential conveyancer will have around 2 years' experience of managing your own residential conveyancing caseload. You must also be a natural self-starter, be able to demonstrate good client skills and be a team player. On offer is a good market rate salary and a great benefits scheme.
