Overview
Our client, a leading housing management organisation, are currently looking for a handyman/caretaker to oversee their 80 property Care Housing scheme in Northamptonshire. The selected candidate will oversee basic maintenance duties within the properties, carry out planned fire alarm tests and safety checks, and be involved in ensuring the communal areas are clean and tidy. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30, and the rate of pay is £13p/h, paid weekly, a week in arrears through PAYE Umbrella. The selected candidate will preferably have experience within the housing maintenance industry. This is an immediate requirement with the successful candidate due to start on Monday 02/03/2020.
