Temporary Administrator job based in York. Your new company Hays Office Support are delighted to be working with a successful organisation based close to the centre of York. This company is currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team to undertake a temporary contract. Your new role Within this role you will be tasked with making travel and accommodation arrangements for the team. You will help to manage diaries and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas. You will provide cover to the reception desk where you will be the first line of contact for enquires. You will also undertake facilities related tasks such as chasing suppliers and undertaking price comparison exercises. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need experience of organising and preparing for meetings. You will need experience of formatting documents to a high standard. Excellent computer skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and be happy working to conflicting deadlines.
