Overview
A Housing manager role for a reputable Housing Association in Central London paying £23 per hour Ltd. Your new company A medium-sized housing association based in Central London with estates across the whole of London. Your new role A housing management role; looking after a patch of properties to ensure that the organisation provides an effective and responsible housing management service to its tenants living in general needs and sheltered housing. To exercise management control of the housing stock by ensuring that the Association's housing management targets are achieved. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years generic housing management experience in a social housing organisation including experience of income collection, estate and tenancy management.
