Property/Asset Manager Your new company Well established Property Consultancy in Cheshire is looking for a bright ambitious Property/ Asset Manager to join the Property team. You would be accountable for the over all management of each of the sites, and in charge of operation, sales, marketing, financial, H&S and customer service to ensure and maintain efficiency of diverse portfolio. Your new role -Maintaining relationships with tenants, customers and suppliers - Carrying out dilapidations -Ensuring all vacant units are in a ready to occupy condition at all times - Dealing with renewals, rent reviews marketing, report for meetings, financial performance & prospect details -Preparing term leases, licences, solicitors instructions, schedule of conditions, notice of repair etc What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will have a degree in Real Estate (something similar), and have 1-2 years experiences in similar setting.
