Electrical Design Engineer
Overview
My supportive public sector client is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer in Surrey. You will be joining an internal design office in Sutton to strengthen the in house M&E team to work on new build, refurbishment and extension designs within the healthcare sector. This position has arisen due to the large volume of work and upgrade projects. You will be working on project only in Healthcare within the Hospital from Small to Large works Reporting into the Deputy Head of projects. The successful applicant will undertake a range of duties across all aspects of the electrical building services design process from developing concepts, Tendering process to the production of detailed design solutions for a wide variety of building types; applicants should be able to demonstrate an appropriate level of academic and/or practical experience. You will possess either a BEng or MSc Degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent by experience. The organisation requires electrical support and the contract can be extended into a Permanent position if performance is good as there is a minimum of 5 years of workload anticipated. You must be able to work in the UK without restriction.
