Job TitleSenior/Consents Engineers also interested in Town Planning professionalsLocationThe Midlands, commutable from Birmingham, Solihull, Nottingham, Coventry, Stoke on Trent, Wolverhampton, Oxford and Worcester.Salary/Benefits£35,000 - £53,000 dependent on level and experience plus attractive benefits package with opportunities for flexible working and career development.Start Date:ASAPCompany InformationWorking for a global leader in public transport infrastructure working on high profile infrastructure projects such as Crossrail and HS2To be suitable for the position you must have;-Experience Managing packages related to designing infrastructure securing statutory consents, prepare consent documents, working with Local Authorities, statutory bodies and other transport authorities.-Experience of obtaining consents required to deliver planning, environmental and highway related consents Although not essential it would also be advantageous if you have;-Membership to The Royal Town Planning Institute Member (RTPI)-Environmental Chartership-Any Experience with Schedule 17Role Information;-Responsible for securing statutory consents, prepare consent documents, working with Local Authorities, statutory bodies and other transport authorities-Developing and maintaining the project consents register and all required consents are applied for in accordance with the project programme.-Managing and coordinating the application, negotiation and implementation of all necessary consents -Provide technical guidance to discipline teams -Develop innovative solutions to consent problems-Responsible for mentoring and development of staff-Responsible for the allocation of work to designers including utilisation -Collaborate with international technical design teams in the delivery of consents.Navartis Ltd is a specialist recruitment company supplying highly skilled technical and management professionals within the global Transportation, Civil Engineering & Utility industries, if you are seeking a new position our recruitment team can locate the opportunity to suit your needs.
