Page Personnel are working with a leading organisation to recruit for an experienced Payroll Administrator on a 12 months FTC basis. You will be based in head offices in Warrington and will be available within short notice. Client Details A market leader who hold an impressive portfolio of blue chip clients. Description Reporting into the Payroll Manager the payroll administrator will have the following duties: Processing payroll from start to finish ensuring at all times adherent to current HMRC legislation's Processing new starts/leavers Checking and maintaining P45/P60/SSP/SMP Ensuring all audit and statutory requirements are met Ensuring all payrolls are paid accurately and on time Calculating and processing overtime, allowances, bonus's and hourly rates/day rates High level of confidentiality Monitoring payroll inbox and dealing with queries Supporting with key projects Payroll ad hoc duties Profile The successful payroll administrator will have the following experience: Proven track record in payroll role Fully competent and up to date with current HMRC legislation's Knowledge of UK manual tax and legislations High level of communication skills at all levels High level of organisation and numeracy skills Experience of working in a fast paced environment Job Offer Competitive salary up to £24,000 Guaranteed 12 months FTC - possibility of being made permanent for the right person On site parking On site facilities Opportunity to learn in a very reputable, fast paced growing environment
