ANALYTICS MANAGER CENTRAL LONDON 75,000 - 85,000 Do you have experience driving and delivering customer insight? Are you confident in working with key stakeholders to influence and deliver recommendations for business growth? THE COMPANY I'm working exclusively with a fintech start-up who are looking for an Analytics Manager to join their team With a high level of autonomy, you will lead and support across multiple areas of the business THE ROLE As an Analytics Manager, you will be taking lead across all projects you will be involved on. Your main responsibilities will include: Leading customer analytics projects to maximise engagement and lifetime value through forecasting and spotting new opportunities for growth Identify key insights to enable accurate and actionable recommendations are being delivered across the business Managing junior members in the team on leveraging and validating data across multiple datasets Be comfortable speaking and engaging with key business partners and influencing decision making YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Strong proven SQL and Python/R skills in a commercial environment Experience in mentoring or managing Degree in a STEM background - 2.1 or higher Excellent communication skills THE BENEFITS On top of a competitive salary, you will be entitled to Pension scheme Healthcare Great working culture and nice offices HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Gina Falleroni via the apply link on this page.
