Location: Basingstoke Salary: £37570 - £43772 Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced staff nurse to further their career within one of the largest NHS Foundation Trusts within the UK. Set in one of England’s oldest market towns, Basingstoke is a hub of history and suburban culture. As an Integrated Community Lead (Band 7) you will be providing strong, holistic leadership to the community team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and development, enabling the team to achieve a ‘well lead’ culture. You will be required to work both autonomously and as part of a multi-professional community team to provide care to patients living at home. Working as an Integrated Community Lead (Band 7) you will build and facilitate relationships with GP’s, Community Geriatricians and Psychiatrists. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team who are passionate about helping patients live an independent life in the comfort of their own home. The role will be refreshing and rewarding with opportunities to further your nursing career. Mileage is paid for to travel from you work base, and you can apply for a lease car. The Trust will consider Part Time and Flexible working hours for the right candidates. 37.5hr (Full Time) week over a seven-day rota. Person Specification: As an Integrated Community Lead (Band 7) you must have current NMC registratio. You must also have held a senior position for at least two years.
