Overview
Carers like you help us change lives We're actively seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our team in Chester, Wrexham and the surrounding areas and care for our service users with complex care needs in their own homes. You will support our service users in their own homes with daily tasks such as personal care, clinical requirements, eating or social activities in line with their care plans. Without support from people like you, these individuals may live a life in specialist units or hospitals, rather than in their own home.
