Job Description
The role can be very varied including help with the preparation of nutritional meals, assisting with medication, supporting clients with their morning routines, taking them out shopping or to appointments and just providing encouragement and confidence to our clients to help them achieve things they may think are no longer possible. We match you with your clients so that you have something in common to share and talk about. Building relationships is the foundation of everything we do and forms the basis of the difference you will continue to make day after day. Qualifications: No experience is required as full training is provided. We look for potential CAREGiver's by the size of their heart, their values and sharing the Home Instead Ethos. We do ask however that you have access to reliable transport as the role is based out in the community travelling between client's homes and potentially taking them out within your local area.
