Company Description There are numerous challenges to growing older, and the thought of having to leave your home can be a cause of stress to many people. With care at home, from Home Instead, older people can live independent and fulfilled lives in the place where they feel the happiest. We provide a variety services which include companionship, home help, personal care and medication support. Our care plans are highly personalised and tailored to the needs and wishes of our clients. Continuity of care and building relationships is really important to us, therefore, our visits last a minimum of 1 hour and we match all our clients with the right CAREGivers. Job Description We are seeking kind, caring people who want to make a difference to the lives of elderly people in your community. We have permanent roles available in central Wrexham and surrounding villages. Looking after elderly clients in their own home, you'll be helping them to maintain their independence through a variety of services - from home help, personal care, shopping, nutrition, medication support and companionship. Due to the nature of the role, use of your own vehicle is required as you will be travelling between clients' homes. Hours of work will vary between 16-30 hours per week, and cover a variety of shift patterns, dependent on your availability. Qualifications Whilst it's great if you have experience in care, whether professionally or personally, it is not an essential requirement. Full training is provided enabling you to deliver the highest standards of care to our clients.
