Contracts Coordinator - 6- 12 months contract - £18 - £25.85 per hour (Umbrella) - Leading Oil and Gas Organisation - London Our client is a leading Oil and Gas Organisation based in London who are looking for an Interim Contracts Coordinator within a Transaction reporting team to join their team on a 6 -12 months contract. Key Responsibilities : The role of the Contracts Coordinator requires the individual to work closely with the Commercial Advisors, the Commercial teams, Legal department, Finance departments, and is focused on the European gas, power and environmental products markets in initially delivering the following: - Check of Trader recaps against the system of record to ensure accuracy of the deal capture. - Reconcile all Broker Recaps against the system of record to ensure accuracy. - Draft (whether automatically through STP tools or manually) and ensure timely dispatch of all Counterparty Confirmations. - Receive and reconcile all Counterparty Confirmations. - Chase outstanding and overdue Recaps and Confirmations to ensure receipt within contractual deadlines. - Monitor electronic Confirmations (both Broker and Counterparty) for failures and resolve through to successful match. - Ensure compliance at all times with the Global Contracts Policy Statements and relevant SOX Controls. - Support the provision of regular monthly MIS and KPI's in respect of the CC activities. - Maintain desktop procedures to reflect current processes. - Handling any other ad hoc Confirmation requirements, requests and queries as required. - Provide training as required to colleagues.
