Maintenance Plumber for a leading University in London. £33k 38 days annual leave Maintenance Plumber £33,000 38 days annual leave Central London My client is a leading University based in the heart of London and are considered to be one of the finest institutions in the world. The campus house a wide range of facilities including a 24hr Library and a variety of state of the art lecture theatres. The Estates Services team provide support functions including maintenance, reception, cleaning, catering and security. They are currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer/Plumber to join the team. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will bring mechanical and plumbing maintenance experience and expertise. Reporting to the Building Services Supervisor, you will operate across campus responding to emergencies and proactively improving our facilities. The ideal candidate will be qualified with a minimum Level 2 City & Guilds / NVQ. You will have good communication skills, the ability to address a variety of stakeholders and the ability to work collaboratively. The role will also require someone with good attention to detail and time management.
