Working within a small team, you will be tasked with primarily 1st/2nd line support - however will also have the opportunity to full immerse yourself in projects as well. This is suitable for someone with a few years of experience at a 1st line level, ready to take on more responsibility in what is a busy IT team. You should have the ability to communicate with colleagues of all levels, on a personable level, you will be able to support queries via phone, email and the helpdesk, including procedural and documentation.
