The Client Our client are a highly reputable Wealth Management firm based north of Sheffield. With specialist expertise within discretionary investment management and independent financial advise, they pride themselves on developing long-term financial plans for clients whilst delivering exceptional customer service. The Opportunity During a period of key expansion, a position has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to support the day to day management of the administration team and contribute to strategy implementation. Duties may include: Production of client facing reports as and when required in line with current regulations. Manage the administration of the investment process and implement it in a uniform way across all managed portfolios. Prepare and complete research for all asset and product types. Taking ownership of projects and understand when change is needed. Allocation of duties, supervision, appraisals, monitoring and recruitment for the administration team. Contribute to business development strategies and push forward firm’s business plan. What’s needed to be considered?
