Role: Work Allocation Advisor Salary: Up to £55k Contract: Permanent Main Responsibility: We have an exciting opportunity for a Work Allocation Advisor to understand the skillsets, expertise and career aspirations of the team and match them to appropriate opportunities within the firm or its clients, ensuring they are fully supported on assignments and developing deep relationships. Responsibilities: understand the skillsets, expertise and career aspirations of the team and to match them to appropriate opportunities within the firm or its clients work proactively with other teams to ensure that that they are aligned with and supported by practices while on assignment work collaboratively with a wide variety of business teams across the firm to ensure that they benefit from the firm’s outstanding professional infrastructure identify and implement opportunities to improve the platform’s offering and level of service, contribute to the ongoing development of a thriving community in general, be flexible and adaptive and contribute enthusiastically and energetically to other projects and work undertaken by the wider team as demands require.
