Service Desk Analyst Welwyn Garden City Contract Your new company You will be working for a leading provider for IT services in Welwyn Garden City Your new role You will be the first point of contact for any IT requests and issues. You will provide excellent customer service to users, attempting to fix any tickets reported and escalating to the 2nd line team within the agreed time frames. What you'll need to succeed In order to be a success you will need experience in a similar role and excellent customer service skills. What you'll get in return In return you'll receive £90 per day PAYE, the potential to extend beyond the initial contract and the opportunity to work in a fantastic team of experienced technicians.
