Director of Cyber Security - Penetration Testing - London My client is a fast-growing cybersecurity consulting firm that offers cyber security professional services. They have positioned themselves successfully in the market as they are industry-leading and award-winning, due to this they are looking to expand, they are seeking a Director to play a leading role in helping drive the development of the team and take responsibility for managing the Pen Testing business. As a Director, you will help raise the profile of the team, play a key part in making sure that you develop new offerings and help develop team members. You will be a critical point of reference for internal teams and will have the opportunity to provide mentoring and training to other consultants on projects and through internal training courses. You will be expected to speak authoritatively on behalf of your team and your technical knowledge should demonstrate both depth and breadth. You will be responsible for your team's organisational structure and how that team works within the wider business. Leveraging the strengths of individual team members, delegating tasks appropriately and managing the delivery of long term projects will always be critical tasks for this role. You will have deep technical and commercial knowledge as a subject matter expert in all things within the Penetration Testing domain / industry. Skills Required for Director of Pen Testing: At least 5 - 10 years of penetration testing experience. Previous experience working in a consulting firm Performance management of penetration testers / consultants Proven experience of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and to budget. Proven experience of producing high-quality deliverables Responsibilities for Director of Pen Testing: Project and engagement management, including budgets and resourcing Professional development of team members Produce high-quality reports and other deliverables Develop client and stakeholder relationships Project delivery, including hands-on testing activities Design and implement internal processes and procedures for testing activities Ensure a collaborative working environment within the wider cybersecurity practice.
