Billing and Finance Administrator - Maternity Cover - 18 -month FTC - £28-£30,000 pro rata i3 is a boutique recruitment agency operating in the financial markets operating out of prestigious offices in the heart of the city of London We are seeking a Finance Administrator who will perform a wide range of administration and general support activities for our finance team. Key Responsibilities: Administration and management of Sage 50 Credit control - including client management Raising invoices and inputting to Sage 50 Resolving invoicing queries with client and contractors Liaising with pay providers, contractors and consultants Administrating timesheet systems Personal and corporation tax compliance Support for month end and year end accounting process General administrative duties Key skills: 3 A-levels A-C in numerical or scientific disciplines At least 2 years' experience working with Sage 50 - ideally in a recruitment setting Proven experience of managing monthly invoicing runs - ideally in a recruitment setting Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables, sumif, etc.) An ability to work constructively with consultants, candidates and clients Willingness to take ownership to deliver results, meet deadlines and manage time effectively A control mentality coupled with excellent accounting, analytical and reporting skills. Ability to meet deadlines, organise and prioritise.
