2nd Line Support Engineer - £35K Newcastle Salary: up to £35,000 with amazing fast track reviews Training all certifications paid for excellent benefits I have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated 2nd line IT support engineer to join an established market leading IT solutions company in the Newcastle area. They are looking for an individual who not only has the technical aspects but also comes across well and is keen to progress themselves. It would be hugely beneficial if you have a background in support multiple customers both remotely and on site. You will be required to provide remote support and you will also get the opportunity to get involved in exciting projects and work closely with the 3rd line team.
