Job Title: Mortgage Paraplanner Location: Canary Wharf Bryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref: L687068PBMC Remuneration: To £30,000 basic Overview: An established HNW mortgage specialist requires an experienced mortgage paraplanner to work alongside 3-4 successful and busy whole of market mortgage brokers. Main Duties: Working with this very well established and reputable HNW Mortgage Broker firm in Canary Wharf, you will provide full paraplanning and administrative support to a team of 3-4 HNW mortgage brokers. Using 360.net systems you will complete the full reports and pass them to the brokers to check before sending to the clients. As well as submitting new business you will also be required to keep the clients updated with the mortgage applications, chasing any outstanding information ensuring that the clients are aware of the situation of their mortgage application. Key Skills: Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage professionals including senior sales support, mortgage paraplanners and even mortgage brokers who are looking to move into an administrative role. A working knowledge of 360. Net would be advantageous.
