The organisation has an international presence along with an impressive portfolio of customers. They now require a Customer Service Co-Ordinator at their facility on the outskirts of Wakefield. JOB DESCRIPTION Processing customer orders through to proof of order Co-ordinate 3rd party logistics and relevant documentation To check & advise availability issues contained on vehicle collection sheets issued by 3rd party haulier. Reschedule as appropriate to minimise lost sales & communicate to factory warehouse teams. Liaise daily with customer supply chains as well as internal stakeholders on product availability, sales patterns & vehicle utilisation to resolve any potential issues & maintain good customer communications. To assist in reporting all Customer Service Levels weekly to Senior Management through monitoring and analysis of appropriate information. Details on lost sales, delivery performance & accuracy supplied for weekly Operations Management meetings. To ensure that both manual & electronic records are processed & maintained using efficient administration & filing systems. To act as holiday & sickness cover for the Customer Services Manager. To multi skill in the supply chain team by learning other job functions & act as emergency cover. Organise and attend all NPD and ERP meetings across the business communicating information to supply chain and internal stakeholders to aid smooth delivery and on time efficient launch Set up items in the ERP system when enough detail has been defined and received. Ensure that other members of supply chain team understand what tasks they have and any associated deadlines for completion Agree and define realistic timelines with the relevant departments detailing key millstones to deliver launch dates.
