Overview

Office Angels are currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator to go and join one of their reputable clients in the Edgbaston area. The Payroll Coordinator will be a standalone role within a team of 10 so they need a strong numerical candidate to keep the ball rolling whilst they seek their permanent cover. All tasks will be overseen however they need a self-sufficient candidate to go in and hit the ground running. We are looking for a candidate to start on 16th March 2020 to complete a 5 day handover and then pick up the role until they have a permanent candidate in post. Responsibilities: This organisation outsources their Payroll to another company. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for gathering and providing information to the Payroll company. This information is provided on the 14th of every month to then be paid on the 28th. The companies pensions is also outsourced however you will be responsible for collating information on that too. You will be responsible for around 300 employees payroll. Collating data for payroll and pensions companies Actioning new starters/leavers Dealing with payroll queries accordingly Ensuring all overtime is logged correctly Working to tight deadlines Important Info: This role is working for an organisation which will require you to have a DBS carried out, a Credit Check and a Financial Crime check.
