Overview
Generalist role reporting into the Regional HR Manager. Client Details National logistics business Description This is a generalist role reporting into a regional HR Manager. You will be responsible for working closely with management coaching and advising on all HR and ER matters. You will work in a stand alone manner scooping up HR Administration in addition to discussing and contributing to the HR strategy for the site. You will have involvement in project work and play a role in driving forward the engagement initiatives and activities for the site. You will manage ER caseloads and escalate where relevant.
