Overview
Senior Litigation Solicitor or Litigation Associate required to fulfil a multi-site role as Head of Department Coventry Salary up to £50k six weeks' annual leave, private healthcare, flexible working and range of additional benefits This position for a Head of Department (Civil and Commercial Litigation) would suit a Senior Civil Litigation Solicitor, Associate or Legal Executive, looking to take the next step in their career. It may also appeal to an existing Litigation Department Head, who is seeking a new challenge, which affords a rare opportunity to Head up a Civil and Commercial Litigation team of for award-winning Legal 500 recognised law firm. The position will involve: Handling your own civil litigation caseload Managing and leading staff across multi sites to include the implementation of training and development plans Managing all financial aspects of the Litigation Department Implementing and managing Risk and Compliance policies relating to Litigation matters Organising and chairing regular departmental meetings Suitable candidates will be fully qualified solicitors or chartered legal executives, with at least five years' post qualification experience in litigation. This is a permanent job offered with a competitive salary and a range of benefits including six weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays, private health care, and flexible working Please note: Salary is given as a guideline and is wholly dependent on experience.
