You canwork for the UK's leading independent provider of mental health care in a well-established 45-client capacity low secure hospital based in Cardiff. Are you a senior health professional or seasoned Ward Manager ready to take more responsibility and want to progress your career with a supportive employer? The role is extremely diverse with the facility consisting of five wards, along with semi-independent flats on-site.
