Overview

Our client, a well-established Central London accountancy firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator. The firm have an excellent reputation and staff enjoy flexible working as well as regular social events. You will be responsible for processing weekly, monthly and annual payrolls for small to medium sized companies. The majority of the firm's clients are small companies which only have the director on their payroll. Other responsibilities will include: - Handling client payroll queries and resolving issues when required - Calculation of SMP, SSP, student loan repayments - Advising clients on auto enrolment This role requires someone who is well organised who has at least 2 years payroll experience. Good communication skills are also required as you will have regular contact with clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years payroll experience at an accountancy firm / payroll bureau and be able to work independently. Our client is looking for someone to work for 20 hours per week and are able to offer flexible working. You may wish to work 4 hours per day for 5 days a week, or do 3 full days per week. Experience of using Sage Payroll (or similar) is highly desirable for this position.
