Overview
Your new role The Senior Recruitment Advisor will support hiring managers, advising on recruitment strategies for each role and ensuring that all vacancies have an agreed recruitment plan. The role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, advertise roles, use direct sourcing to source suitable applicants, screen candidates, maintain the candidate management system, provide feedback and manage the offer process. The role will include travel approximately one day per week. The post is a temporary contract for 3 to 6 months. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will be an Internal Recruiter with strong experience of volume and specialist recruitment. You will have expertise in direct sourcing methods and have excellent stakeholder management skills.
