UX Designer – Durham - £25-£35k A growing company within the E-commerce sector has opened their doors for a creative UX / UI Designer to join their team in Durham. With the company creating a unique platform to compare prices on deals on a number of retail products, it has experienced a great deal of traction from customers nationally. The company have big goals to continue their growth, making it an exciting time to join the team. The Role · Develop and improve UI of web products, ensuring that it stands out and makes an appealing website for customers. · Design creative solutions to utilise marketing performance and customer experience, which is suitable for all devices, including mobile and PC. · Build and deliver high quality user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that increase productivity and performance. · Liaise with the business and stakeholders to understand the company’s ideas and turn them into beautifully designed web products. · Constantly be aware of competitors and analysing their work for prompts to how the company can improve. · Conduct testing and research in order to gather knowledge on what improvements can be made to the User Experience. What Skills We Are Looking For: - · Over 3 years’ experience in a similar design position. · Excellent UX and UI skills · Ability to create innovative and lucrative designs based on companies needs and User Research · Previous experience and understanding of working using Agile Methodologies. · The motivation and capability to keep up with a fast-paced work environment. · Driven to provide high quality work and join the journey into growing the company internationally. · Confidence to add your own ideas and different methods to improve UI.
