IT Systems Support Location – Head Office, Ringwood, Hampshire, BH24 3FE Hours – 40 hours p/w, 08:30 – 17:00 Salary - £20k - £24k dependent on experience About the job As IT Systems Support you will assist the Systems Business Partner in supporting and maintaining IT solutions. This will be achieved by assisting end users with business applications and supporting in the creation and roll out of new systems. You will provide internal IT helpdesk and software support as well as assisting with data management to meet business needs. Additionally, you will assist with the configuration and installation of software applications. The job will require you to interpret and manipulate data to create various reports using MS Excel alongside more sophisticated BI solutions and to ensure all business applications are accurate, efficient and fit for purpose across the organisation. You will be required to set up, maintain and repair computers and computer related equipment, audio, visual and telephone equipment whilst maintaining satisfactory standards of safety and security in relation to computer rooms and equipment. The successful candidate will be provided with exciting opportunities to gain valuable ongoing development, knowledge and skills. About you Your CV will demonstrate a background within systems and IT helpdesk support, coupled with a good level of education in Maths and English (GCSE level C or above). You’ll possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and some experience with coding language. It is essential that the successful candidate can work on their own initiative, able to consistently meet deadlines and targets, is methodical in their approach and works well under pressure. You will enjoy working with new systems, thinking logically about challenges and taking ownership of IT issues, seeing them through to a satisfactory conclusion.
