Job Description
Dawsongroup finance ltd Credit and Funding Manager This pivotal role will be the central link between our sales teams, both within Dawsongroup finance and across all the business units of Dawsongroup plc Key responsibilities: * Identifying the appropriate funder for each transaction and develop new credit proposals for submission to funding panels * Managing all the underwriting and credits * Providing reports to be presented at management meetings * Securing credit approvals and terms of business * Use credit evaluation guidelines and client history to assess credit worthiness * Managing service level agreements * Managing any default cases; arrears, repossessions and asset disposal * Present credit proposals for review by external partners Risk Committees To be successful you will: * Have a full valid UK driving licence * Minimum of 3 years' experience within a risk management environment * Have proven experience in underwriting or collections * Be able to demonstrate an enthusiastic and commercial outlook * Able to build and maintain professional working relationships with business units and our banking/finance partners * Strong analytical skills Dawsongroup plc is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to the continuous improvement and satisfaction of our employees, and as such, training and ongoing development are readily available, as well as a competitive wage and an excellent benefits package .
