You'll specialise in getting clients the perfect candidate, managing the full process from client briefing calls and sourcing candidates to interview and offer. You will drive and own your own car, be of immaculate presentation and appearance and be hungry to grow your desk. You will be a natural people person with values such as honesty, professionalism, and be a fantastic communicator.
