Stoll Chief Executive London c£80,000 base At the heart of Stoll is our mission to support and house vulnerable members of the ex-Service community (veterans), which makes us a unique organization as well as thought leaders across the Armed Forces charities sector. We’re excited to be recruiting our new CEO, to help us take forward our new strategy, building on the success of the past, to shape our growth and development over the next five years. We’re looking for someone with ambition, passion and purpose, who is excited by the opportunity to lead the organisation through a period of change. The opportunities to help those in need via housing and support are great. Stoll spans a number of sites, and we are looking to redevelop the largest one, in Fulham, where our offices are also located. This project is in its early stages, and will present the incoming Chief Executive Officer with strategic options, and operational and project management demands. We’ll need you to lead and motivate a small staff team to a high professional standard, ensuring projects come to fruition on time and on budget. You’ll be comfortable navigating through complexities and providing modern leadership for our loyal and passionate staff, including our talented and supportive senior management team. Collaborating with other organizations and individuals will be second nature, and an empathy with our residents is a must. In return we can offer you a supportive and challenging board of trustees committed to the next stage of the organisation’s development, and the opportunity to know that your working day is making a real difference through supporting people to change their lives. Stoll is an historic yet modern charity, with ambition, vision and opportunity and would love to hear from people who share our values and energy.
