Overview
Are you looking for Waking Night opportunities? Do you have experience with Dementia and complex needs? Do you drive with a clean license? If you have answered "YES" then we would love to hear from you. DMD recruitment are representing our client in the Stockport area that are seeking waking night support workers that would be willing to commit to a temp to perm basis. our client has been in operation for over 40 years and have extensive knowledge and experience in supporting Dementia and complex needs. You must be flexible and have good understanding of supporting adults with Dementia. You would be expected to commit to 2-3 waking nights a week and assist the tenants with every aspect to improve their standard of living. Personal care would be required and would be required to administer medication on a regular basis. Benefits of the temp to perm 12 week temp to perm opportunity dependent on performance Weekly pay - you submit a timesheet via us DMD Recruitment Pay £8.50 for many services depending on the complexity of the tenancies If you end up doing any sleeps its £57.60 per sleeps Hours of work vary can be a range from as outlined above can vary due to the service This is a 12 week temp to perm dependent on suitability and performance position possibility to progress in the future to Team Leader where pay could be up to £11.02phr, progressing through the job ranks they are very good for this, I always say work hard, listen to the current staff and just get on with the support.
