Overview
Corporate Commercial Solicitor An experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor is required to join a ranked Band 1 department in South Buckinghamshire. This dynamic and growing firm have been in operation for over 30 years in Buckinghamshire where they've been specialists operating in all major practices across both commercial law and private law. The Solicitor will provide business advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from commercial contracts through to transactional corporate matters, such as joint ventures, business and share sales and acquisitions and shareholder issues. The 12 staff in the corporate commercial department ranges from Senior Partners to a trainee solicitor so support will always be provided for the candidate.
