Overview

PROPERTY MANAGER with Housing Benefit and Universal Credit Experience West Hampstead NW6 £30-40,000 st experience. If you have 3 years' experience (or close) dealing with all elements of a large portfolio of residential leasehold properties and the transition from Housing Benefit to Universal Credit, then I would like to hear from you. Experience of local authorities/housing benefit is essential, ARLA qualification would be beneficial. In discussion with my client the key things that came out were common sense, can do attitude, organised, likeable, and team player. They are looking for a person who gets the bad calls out of the way early in the day rather than putting them off until later. If this could be you then this well-established family run business could be ideal. This is a specialist Property Management firm not an estate agency.
