Overview
Regional HR Advisor - up to £35K car - Reading/M4 Corridor/Swindon travel Our client is a leader within their sector and are now looking for an experienced and, ideally CIPD qualified, Regional HR Advisor to support their operations across a defined geographical patch. Reporting remotely through to the senior HR leadership team, you will have responsibility for a portfolio of sites and a headcount of around 400 staff and managers. Working closing with the leadership team, you will support heavily on all ER issues across your sites. This could include areas such as disciplinaries, conduct, absence - both short and long term - and some grievances. A big part of this role will be to partner with the managers to not just support them with these challenges but to train, develop and upskill them to enable them to better deal with HR issues more independently. This will include one on one coaching, workshops and training sessions on areas such as policy and procedure, ER as well as other areas such as recruitment process and inductions. There will also be a chance to support with the implementation of HR project work too across your patch including HR policy and procedures review and workshops. In this mobile role it is expected you'll travel as and when required to your sites, likely 2/3 times a week. Experience gained from a multi-site environment would be idea and sectors such as hospitality, leisure and retail would be a perfect fit.
