Kärcher Center Service Engineer Purpose of the Role To service and repair the full range of Kärcher, Professional and Home & Garden cleaning equipment in a workshop and field environment, based in our Bristol Kärcher Center. Your key responsibilities will be: Service and repair the full range of Kärcher Professional cleaning equipment Record all work carried out, complete the relevant reports on site, liase with the customer and schedulers Promote and sell maintenance contracts and other Kärcher accessories Maintain tools and equipment in a satisfactory and safe condition Control van stocks To uphold and promote the Kärcher brand Your qualifications and experience are: 3 GCSEs at Grade C, or equivalent, including English and Maths Formal mechanical /electrical qualifications Previous experience in a field Service engineering role Ability to communicate with customers – both internal and external To have the aptitude to fault find, diagnose and resolve technical problems Full clean driving licence Our Benefits: Competitive salary with career progression Pension Scheme Discretionary Bonus Scheme 24 days annual holiday bank holidays (increases with service) Simplyhealth Cash Plan (including Health Perks retail discount scheme) Critical Illness Cover Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Staff discount on Kärcher products This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89818559
