Solutions Architect - Applications Location: London(Home Based) Permanent Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 ( car allowance) We are looking to recruit a Solutions Architect with a strong background in Software / Applications to join a global software and solutions organisation listed on Glassdoor’s 2019 Top 25 UK Best Places To Work. You will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, alongside our Sales Team, and must be able to articulate my client’s technology, services and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users. The projects are varied and include: · Omni-channel customer engagement solutions (digital systems of engagement) · Mobile applications and mobile first solutions · Intelligent case management systems · Digital workplace solutions · Trusted data analytics solutions This strategic role will: · Attend pre sales meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements, ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution for a bid or proposal · Direct and support our Architecture capability and wider technical teams to develop suitable technical solutions for bids and proposals in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes · Work with Product Leads to feedback on issues with current products and propositions, and provide input around new products · Interface with the implementation / project teams for key projects, articulating the customer requirement, to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Delivery This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Application / Software Architect who is comfortable working in a customer facing role seeking a new challenge.
