Property Assistant required to help manage a portfolio including many residential and a few commercial properties. Experience of exactly whats required to let residential property, plus experience of managing properties and particular knowledge of any legislation required to let it out such as smoke alarms, gas safety certificate etc. At least 5 years experience working for an agent or a LL with good references.
