A role has arisen for a corporate commercial solicitor to join the team at this well respected Central London firm. The team deals with a wide range of matters including the acquisition and disposal of businesses, M&A, business restructuring, buy-ins and buy-outs, company set up, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, commercial contracts and outsourcing agreements. This London-based opportunity would suit a corporate commercial solicitor who is used to dealing with an array of corporate and commercial work.
