Overview

Reports to: Transport Planner Shift: Friday – Monday (08.00-17.00) Warrens Group, providing a comprehensive logistics service to some of the largest retailers in the UK, as well as handling deliveries to smaller ad hoc or infrequent destinations, all of whom trust us with their specialty bakery products. The position would be supporting role to the transport planners, carrying out admin duties and general assisting in office tasks. A confident manner when dealing with suppliers and drivers on the telephone is essential. Adaptable and able to cope with the fast paced and ever changing environment when under pressure. Skills and Knowledge: Geographical knowledge Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. Able to collate data Excellent Customer Service skills.
