Overview

People Support Administrator Blackbushe £19K to £22K per annum My client is seeking an experienced People Support Administrator to join their team in Blackbushe. The People Support Administrator will: Process new starter and leaver documentation Carry out reference checks on new starters Assist in amending and completing people processes and user guide documentation Advise and support in the design of new call logging technology Log and respond to employee enquiries and resolve within a timely manner Prepare new starter contracts Organise and conduct People Support on boarding and inductions as required Compile management information and reporting Provide administrative support The ideal candidate will: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within a HR role Qualified to a minimum of CIPD Level 3 Have excellent attention to detail Have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Have a basic knowledge of employment legislation Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office Be able to work independently Ideally have experience of using CRM databases and call logging technology Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with half an hour for lunch.
