Overview
Walking mobile engineer Central London £35,000 I am currently searching for a walking mobile mechanical engineer to for a large maintenance provider covering sites in central London. The client is looking for a walking mobile engineer to join the company on a permanent basis, the role is working on a Monday-Friday basis and the hours of work are 08:00-17:00. The successful candidate will be somebody experienced in Servicing, maintaining and repairing CRAC units with plate heat exchangers, direct drive fans, 3 port valves, dry air coolers, free cooling and refrigerant evaporators, refrigerant compressors - Maintain, install and service leak detection systems - Understand enough about the BMS systems to make changes and discuss control issues with our incumbent BMS company - Service, maintain and repair split AC units - Service, maintain and repair VRV AC units - Service, maintain and repair fan coil units The ideal candidate will be experienced in commercial HVAC and air-conditioning work, have strong communication skills and the following attributes/qualifications: Enthusiastic with a great desire to progress City and Guilds in Mechanical engineering Strong all round Building Services knowledge Internal training Progression Pension Plan PPE Overtime If you are interested please apply with the FM team at Eden Brown Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
